Need outbound callers for lead generation B2C

I need a skilled outbound caller to generate interested leads for an insurance agency. These will be cold-calls to a targeted market of people who would be interested in Life Insurance or policy reviews. Initial project is for 10 hours. If you are successful this could turn into an ongoing part time position.
