Customer Relations agents for calling and emailing clients

We are seeking agents with excellent english accents who are available at least 3 hours per day, during the hours of 9am and 7pm central standard time USA. Duties include making phone calls to clients who have questions about our website, and also to follow up with them about their experience. Also to communicate with clients via email to perform all areas of customer relations management.
