We are looking to hire two FEMALE agents who speak great English with minimal accent. The hired agents will work the OB Dialer System inputting notes into CRM. Agents will be making out bound calls via OB Dialer to people in need of Mortgage Assistance / Mortgage Modification to help lower their monthly payments and interest through our program.
The agents simply need to quickly qualify homeowners and transfer interested home owners to our Legal Expert to close the deal.
The rate will be $3/hour plus $1 for every qualified lead transferred and a $25 bonus for every lead closed by our Legal Expert that was transferred by the agent.
In addition if the agent transfers in excess of 10 closed deals / month then the bonus will double to $50 for ALL CLOSED DEALS that month.
The earning potential is endless & the job has no end time assuming agents continue to produce!!!
Training will be minimal with provided script & outline. The hours can be somewhat flexible but at the moment the hours are 11 AM - 4 PM Pacific (USA Pacific). Hour will increase if production is happening.
