The position requires a combination of perfect English, great energy, strong phone skills, and data entry.
Tasks involve calling senior housing facilities/communities to obtain rates, size and other questions. I will train you and provide scripts and resources you need.
I expect relentless follow-up by email and phone, and excellent tracking skills. Once you get a hold of the right person the information is easy to get. In total the phone call is about 5-10 questions and should only take about 5 min per call (including wait time).
The ideal candidate will be available to make calls anytime between the hours of 9AM- 7PM Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday.
If you have call center experience, EXCELLENT spoken (with little to no accent) and written English skills, and experience in the senior housing industry, I'd very much like to hear from you.
Skills Required:
Strong English Skills (Spoken & Written . No heavy accents)
inbound/outbound calls (2 yrs min call center experience required)
Data Entry
Ability to FOLLOW UP!! - Many times the person will call you back.
