Im looking for a sales professional to help me expand my business of selling commercial insurance leads to Farmers and Nationwide Agency Owners. This will be a 20 hour per week role.
Im looking for someone who is:
1) Persistent. You dont take NO personally and follow up for however many times it takes to close the deal.
2. Good Listener. 50% of selling is being a good listener. The reason for this is that when you listen you know what questions to ask to find out the buyers needs so you can address those needs and close the sale.
3. Persuasive. You must have the ability to get the customers to take action by addressing their needs and using that information to close the sale.
4. Enthusiastic. You must be able to convey excitement over the phone to prospects about the service.
5. Assertive. When you call prospects you must know and feel that they need you service and that they are generally interested in your service whether they know it or not.
6. Closer. You need to be able to close when the buyer is giving buying signals. You need not to be afraid to ask for the sale.
7. Speak English Well. All of the prospects are in the U.S. so you need to speak English well.
8. Organized. You must be organized in order to take notes for every call, send emails and set call back dates.
9. Coachable. You must be willing to hear feedback from me about your cold calling skills. Each call is going to be recorded automatically so I will have the ability to listen to every call that is made. You must not take it personal and be willing to make adjustments if I feel something can be improved.
The main components of the work would be:
1)Making a 200 cold calls per day to Farmers Insurance Agency Owners for 4 hours a day via my campaign dialer.
2)Sending out emails to prospects who are interested but arent willing to buy at the moment.
3)Following up with those prospects that you sent those emails to until you close.
4)Going for the close on the first call if the prospects are giving you buying signals ( One call closes usually dont happen that often with this service but they do happen)
5)Taking the prospect to the website, getting credit card information and closing the sale.
What I will provide for you to succeed:
1)Targeted leads. The leads I will provide for you to call are prospects that need the service.
2)Customer Relationship Management System. You will be able to plug into a dialer so you wont have to hand dial, as long as you have an 800 number you will be fine.
3)Sales Script. You will be given a PROVEN sales script. No need to reinvent the wheel just read the script and you will be fine. I will make adjustments to it here and there.
4)Prewritten email. You wont have to write any emails just put the prospects first name and hit send.
Compensation: Hourly rate plus commission. Commission is $50USD for every deal you close that gets started at a $399USD setup fee and below. Commission is $ 100 USD for every deal that you close at the $500USD setup fee.

1. You call a prospect and you make your sales pitch. After you are done making your pitch the prospect say, "Im happy with what I have now or Im not interested." Do you ask a question or do you continue to pitch the service? Which one and why?
2. Do you plan your vacations, or do you tend to go someone fun and figure out what to do from there?
