JOB DESCRIPTION
Merchant Financial is growing rapidly; if you are seasoned over the phone salesperson/appointment setter, your dream career may start by responding to this Ad. Due to the growth of our Company, we are expanding into new avenues of marketing and creating new departments to market our products and services. We are currently looking to fill positions for Telemarketing Department, targeting highly experienced telemarketers to set appointments for our top sales executives. We are looking for sales representatives with experience setting appointments for C-Level sales meetings and presentations. To be considered, applicants must be well organized, efficient, polished and professional in all aspects of conduct. Merchant Financial Services is an industry leader in bank card services and we are now seeking to fill 3 key positions. These key positions will build the foundation of our Sales department. Appointment Setters will receive hourly pay, commissions, bonuses and opportunities for further growth within our Company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Successful Candidates will:
Demonstrate the ability to professionally represent The Company and its various products/services through prospecting and qualifying local Merchants/Business Owners to meet with our most senior sales executives.
Demonstrate a "champions mentality" by maintaining a positive, hardworking attitude at all times.
Desire growth opportunities available within The Company by achieve quotas and earning advancements/promotions.
Demonstrate an ability to confidently speak with Business Owners.
Demonstrate the ability to manage and dispatch information; accompanied strong follow-up and time management skills.
Work well with senior sales executives and efficiently assist in the sales process.
