Cold Calling Lead Generation

I have a company that offers CPR classes to several different industries. I am looking for one person to do a mass telemarketing campaign and call approximately 5000 businesses. You should be able to perform 20-30 calls per hour. For every lead you generate, you enter into our CRM for me to follow up on. There is minimal training involved that should take no more than an hour.

I am looking for someone who doesn't take "No" for an answer but very friendly. You must have excellent english with little to no accent.
