My company specializes in real estate coaching & training, and we regularly host group-webinars with 100 to 200 agents attending. Some of those agents enroll in a free trial of our online coaching & training program, but many do not, and we'd like you to call them & get them to enroll.
You will be calling a list of real estate agents across the United States, and asking them to enroll in a free, 30-day trial of our "Real Estate Coaching Essentials" program.
The prospects you'll be speaking with are "warm leads" - they have already participated in a 2-hour training webinar, will already be familiar with our product, and since they will not be charged until the end of the 30-day trial, we believe that we'll have a high rate of acceptance on this offer.
We will provide you with a list of leads to call, a call-script that includes basic objection handlers, and some relevant information on both the product itself, as well as contact information for our support team if the prospect requests additional information.
Possible challenges:
1. The phone numbers provided are mobile (cellular) numbers, which could mean that many of the agents you reach will not be near their computer. We would ask that you request a time to call them back if they are not available when you reach them.
2. The 30-day free trial DOES require entering a valid credit-card to complete their trial registration. Some agents may feel uncomfortable with this step, but they will be entering it in a secure order-form, which may help them to feel more comfortable completing this step.
In general, we are RESULTS ORIENTED, and open to changes in the call-script, time of day, or anything else that you believe may help the prospects to complete registration for their free trial. We only ask that you inform us of changes that you make to the process.
