EC Appointment Setting

We require excellent Appointment Setters to achieve our growth targets. As part of the Sales Support Team, you will pave the way and open the doors for our sales people - turning leads into prospects and customers.

The appointments you generate will play a critical part within a sales process that drives our company’s growth. With demonstrated results, there will be exciting opportunities that lay ahead.

You will need the ability to maintain a high call rate and be self-driven towards results that are support quality over quantity. With a friendly and professional demeanour, you would be representing an International company that cherishes its clean and concise reputation within the competitive market space that it live in.

Your primary role is to contact businesses within a designated region that conducts business by offering varying degrees of credit to its clientele. It is your mission to find out their situation and issues to qualify them as potential clients. We will provide you with the lists of businesses, call scripts and all basic training requirements.

Remuneration will be way of a negotiated hourly rate and performance bonuses based on the quality of work delivered and the ensuing sales results.
