Our company ATW Investments, Inc. is growing like crazy, and we are looking for a few rock star sales people to follow up with the hundreds distressed home sellers contacting us, and also to cold call businesses for prospective real estate leads!
If you are a ROCKSTAR sales person with successful sales experience, and your interested in a career in REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS, we want you to be part of our "PEAK PERFOMERS" SALES FORCE. We are looking for the type of person who builds amazing rapport with clients, can make 50 calls in a day without breaking a sweat, and that people just love to talk to.
These real estate sales are primarily phone based. Your primary responsibility will be for following up with existing leads in our database. Some are fresh that need immediate call back response, and some are older that need a follow up.
We also need help daily, cold calling businesses that are deal sources for us. Primary these businesses will be Local Attorneys that handle real estate clients, and also Local Banks that have huge inventories of foreclosed real estate.
Your role will be that of a “connector” and lead generator for our in house sales force. They will do the lion’s share of the sales, but we need help with outbounds. Once you learn the basics of the real estate deals we need, we can progress you to commissioned phone sales.

We have 2 FULL TIME positions available immediately.
Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments and deals from a cold start. Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter and communicator, and a consistent closer.
Confidence and salesmanship are a requirement for this position.
