Need outbounders for a high-tech industry sales campaign (software/electronics)

Agent will be paid for each meeting (conf call or in-person) fixed with the prospective client. I will provide the list of customers to be contacted. These will be C-level, VPs or Directors (software/electronics engineering departments) at their respective companies. My expectation is to be able to get these contacts to agree for either an in-person meeting or a conference call. Either of these will qualify as a valid lead. I will provide the pitch to be made to these contacts over the phone. I would prefer to work with someone who can interpret client's business a bit and customize the pitch accordingly. Some technical background would be valuable.
