Complaints Resolution Agent and Customer Relations Agent.

We are currently looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to facilitate the effective handling and resolution of all queries and complaints relating to the services provided by our client. If you consider yourself to be outgoing, fun-loving, flirtatious, happy, amusing and you just love to talk about anything on the phone and love to tell a great story then this may be for you.
The successful candidate will also need demonstrate knowledge and experience of complaint handling and customer service, problem solving skills and have a high level of communication skills and be proficient in the use of IT systems including Word and Excel.
This is an ongoing contract that requires a dedicated agent to work during UK time zone for only 2 hours per week making only 2 to 4 calls per week for the next 24 months. The role requires a lot of patience to help the client understand that the company is experiencing delays on their payment. A full script is given for any technical questions. The Agent must have the ability to converse with any irate customer, make the customers feel at ease, relaxed and have excellent rapport building skills. You must have an excellent ability to build relationships with the customers so that the customer service is professional and informative. The ability to keep the client amused, entertained and happy is a must.

The role is more of relationship building role and getting to know the clients and keeping them informed of the latest developments to make them feel that the company has not neglected their case. Most of the time the clients just want to know that everything is ok and all they want to talk about is day to day life. Hence your desire to just want to talk for the sake of talking is a must.
UK timezone. Long term on-going contract. 2 hours only Per week (4 calls x 30 mins). 24 months. If you feel that you cannot dedicate 2 hours per week for the next 24 months then this may not be for you.
