Need outbounders to call highly qualified leads, offering them a free reputation analysis and action plan

I need skilled outbounders who are great at building rapport with small business owners. The outbounder will call small business owners with a provided script. Ultimately, we are looking to call small businesses who are looking to improve their online reputation for typically 0 reviews or negative reviews on Google, Yelp, Yahoo, etc. to a 5-star rated business. We have a proven software and system to accomplish this. The analysis is performed within 24 hours. You won't have to close the client, simply set the appointment to go over the analysis our action plan on how to fix or leverage their reputation. Any appointment that ultimately leads to us closing them into our $99 setup and $99 per month product, we will give a $25 bonus. Call times vary depending on location of the business. Businesses are located in USA. Based on their time zone respectively, we want calling to made from 8 am to 6 pm. Time zones will be from EST to PST.
