We have another position that we need a placement for, this is for the sales side.
The position is paying $5 per hour and up to $6 for higher conversions.
We are looking at an additional performance payment of 10 dollars per qualified conversion.
And on average at least conversion per day.
The successful candidate should acquire 40 - 60 conversions per month
A successfull conversion would be when the person being called agrees to let the property and our real estate agency agrees to work on that lead.
