Currently I have thousands of pages across the country on page 1 of Google, about 80% ranking #1. These are for a variety of keywords in a home service industry. These pages are for lease and I am looking for someone to do the sales calls for these sites.
I need someone with a clear speaking voice without a heavy accent with an excellent command of spoken English. Someone who can work independently, knows how to reach the decision maker in a small company, problem solve and provide reports of contacts made.
The approach is not to sell SEO services but to lease pages that are already ranking. The coding is in place and you will be able to show the potential customer how it works in a matter of minutes. These pages lease for much less than any other local ads they may be currently using - especially Adwords or classifieds and should be an easy/soft sell.
The businesses targeted are primarily small to medium-sized companies who can really benefit from these types of rankings to boost their customer base.
I would prefer to work on a wage + commission basis. This job has the potential of becoming a large/long-term project depending on results.
