We are a fun and growing internet marketing company that specializes in Google and Facebook advertising.
We are a hyper-focused marketing agency that offers a consultative and strategic approach to helping our clients get more business through online channels.
Currently we are in need of 1-2 appointment setters (full time) to call leads and schedule appointments for our consultants.
What we are NOT looking for:
- Whiners
- Negativity
- Average performers
- Non tech savvy
What we ARE looking for:
- B2B phone experience
- A basic understanding of internet marketing
- Strong business acumen
- Communicate extremely well over the phone and via email
- 100% follow through
- Proactive problem solving
- Ability to work with a variety of personalities
- Someone who can internalize our company vision
This job isn’t always glamorous so here is a list of things you will probably hate:
- Most leads are cold (you should still get 5+ appointments/day)
- Lots of rejection
- Discouragement
- Easily distracted since you’ll be using a computer a lot
Oh, you’re still reading? Then I guess I’ll outline some of things you will love:
- This is a young company that you can grow with
- It’s a fun industry to be in that is changing quickly
- We believe strongly in ongoing training and building your skills
- Fun contests/prizes to help motivate and reward best performers

2. How many of them have been in B2B?
3. What is SEO?
4. Why do you feel you can succeed at this job?
5. Would you rather have a pet unicorn or centaur; and why?
Don’t forget to you leave your contact information as well. I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
The number to call: 702.900.4666. If you can't call the number then I'd recommend you find a way to record your voice and email it.
