Team members will be cold-calling U.S. businesses to offer a free website or website makeover with the ability to upgrade to other internet services such as SEO, reputation management, or social media support. The job will involve sending emails, calling, receiving calls/emails, and managing existing accounts.
Must have:
• Proven B2B telemarketing experience
• Experience approaching varied market sectors
• Understanding of B2B sales calls, handling objections and using a consultative approach
• Experience with CRM Systems (Capsule CRM Preferred).
• Good internet access for making calls to US customers
• Zero background noise
• Able to work in US hours
• Excellent spoken AND written English
I will provide the general script, raw data, and Google Talk calling subscription if needed. You will need to provide USB headset and online internet access to our CRM and email tools.
The position is part time. There is a trial-period, transitioning in reliable, long-term work for successful candidates.
