The role of the Marketing Assistant is to help not only support but to enhance the efforts of the consultant(s) for both entities to increase the number of customers, the number of clients, the number of those who visit both websites www.paigebrennen.com or www.wedevelopcareers.com and to grow both businesses.
The Marketing Assistant position is a new position. Its effectiveness will closely monitored during the next 4-6 weeks to discover:
 If we want the role to become a permanent role or a role with more hours
 If we are increasing business with our plans
 If the Marketing Assistant is the best fit for both entities

• People who are searching for jobs. Those who have a profession but maybe are having trouble marketing themselves or launching their careers.
• Company’s searching for candidates can be directed to both websites but primarily www.paigebrennen.com to find the employee through our Executive Recruitment services or maybe even the business consulting service.

• Companies that need to find an employee. Usually the employee is a hard to find employee or maybe the company is in an area that is hard to get people to come and work in
• Small business owners that need help to grow or launch their business plans
• Other assistance that Paige Brennen offers are administrative support, mediation, proprietary school assistant but these areas are not the main part of the business. However, they are areas that I would like to see grow and develop
