LIFEENERGY USA is a franchize of existing company in Europe.

We are selling home kitchen appliances for healthier and better lifestyle. Specialized in distillers, blenders, slow juicers, dehydrators etc... Currently in USA we have on the road 2 products and others have yet to come.

We are looking for one person to:
- answer on the phone as sales representative for customers who need some information (no need to call on your behalf for new sales)
- answer on the phone for all other customer support issues like order processing issues, shipping, RMA and direct to email representative if needed (for special discounts, promotions, questions not know to answer etc)
- entering all details available in CRM as leads after each conversation
- creating orders for customers if needed in our Magento webshop

Bonus:
- if person lives in West Palm Beach we can also make a contract for sometimes handling packing and shipping. Mostly of our sales will be stored in Amazon or Shipwire warehouses so no need in general. But we would like to have this additionally for some of our customers.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP

We want somebody to see our vision and be part of our expansion as a team member in future. All other possibilities also possible (sales commissions, partnership, promotions, campaigns, flyers, advertise etc)
