We have an excellent opportunity for 10 OUTBOUND sales specialists to work on a Commissions based to join our Phone Sales team for contacting our prospective clients (businesses). This is the perfect role for individual who is passionate about the internet and anything web related, who isn’t afraid of taking on a challenge and will go the extra mile, always with a smile on your face and a positive winning attitude to make sales.
As one of our Outbound Sales Specialists, you will be selling our business opportunity programs to our target market (more on this on your training) and our SEO PACKAGES to local business Owners in United States (more also on this on your training).
We provide adequate training but you are expected to be able to work with no supervision.
As our commission based sales Specialist, we expect you to look at a problem and provide an idea or solution to meet the needs of target customers. On a daily basis we will provide you with pre-qualified leads (our target Prospects) to call. We use a multi touch – 5 step sales strategy to close business customers. We will provide you with sales training videos and materials to get you started.
This project will offer excellent earning potential for the correct candidates, and following a satisfactory test period will most likely mean a long term-permanent project being on the horizon in the near future.
OUR EXPECTATION FOR CANDIDATE TO APPLY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
1. Excellent English, preferably born and raised in North America. It's not that we have any issue with it ourselves, but every attempt we have made to be forgiving on this has resulted in sales agents working very hard and making no money. In our industry, excellent English WILL result in you getting sales--period. You must be very clear and easily understood by American ears.
2. A home office environment: You will already have Skype, a good internet connection, and a quiet office home environment in which to potentially work 4-8 hours per day.
3. Sales experience: customer service experience is not sufficient. You need to have a background in pitching, sales, and sealing the deal. We don't have the time or the interest to teach you how to sell from the ground up. We will provide you training videos but we want good, solid agents who can hit the ground from day one.
4. You may be required to travel to meet with clients in your local area if need arise (especially for our SEO offers) to conduct 15-30 minutes power point presentation to close the deal. We provide training on how to do this too.
5. Post-secondary education in marketing or IT will be an added advantage.
PACKAGE PRICE AND COMMISSIONS
Our Internet Marketing package price ranges from $49 - $25,000 and our SEO packages ranges from $497 to $1,997 monthly
Commission rates:
• Initial commissions vary between 10%-20% depending on various factors related to the quality of service provided by sales agent to client
• There is a monthly reoccurring commission of 5% / month per customer acquisition for SEO projects.
We will coordinate all the specifics (contracts and paper work) to make the business relationship profitable for all involved. And as our sales Specialist, you have to be available for our weekly strategy and report sessions. This is help online. This is an opportunity for you to work remotely from home and also work at your own schedule.
