Need Outbounder for Leads and Sales

Agent will be paid for each lead that becomes a sale thru my website. You will be selling my virtual staffing services to small businesses in US. There are 4 packages available on my site. Please go to my website to get familiar with our services. It is http://www.estaffingsource.com/
The per task package compensation is 25%. The reason is that there is no minimum or max hours they can buy.The other packages are $60 compensation for each sale.. I'm expecting at least 2 sales a day. That should be pretty easy
