Phones Sales, Telemarketing and Appointment Setting

Looking for a sales pro to handle inbound and outbound calls for the
rental division of a growing Real Estate Investment Company. Individual
must possess the following skills:

Strong proven phone sales experience
Prefer someone experienced with Real Estate related phone sales
Must have the stamina and ability to handle lots of leads and clients
Individual must be experienced with using CRM systems to manage data
Must be computer savvy and have basic knowledge of excel
Leads are within the US Eastern Standard Time Zone
Must have the ability to send well written emails when interacting with leads

All of the leads are warm leads and there is no outbound cold calling
needed. These leads have inquired or shown interest in renting one of
our fully renovated homes. You will be responsible for following up by
both email and phone, answering questions and ultimately booking a
showing for one of our outside sales agents. Communication with the
outside agent is necessary for scheduling purposes.

This is not a temporary project, therefore work will be ongoing.
