The role I am trying to fill could be a long term role with me. I am looking for some one who can get appointments with business owners and decision makers to meet with me for a brief meeting to see if our program might be a good fit for their organization. We provide busineses owners and employees with a supplemental insurance product that does not interfer with the businesses current health programs. It complements them.
The agent would get compensated per appointment made with the owner, director of HR, manager or CFO.
They organization would have to have at least 10 employees.
The person I am meeting with is the decision maker or is involved with the decision making efforts.
They are not a current client of our or they are not being prospected by another insurance agent.
You obtain the persons name
The business name
The address
How many employees they have
Have their ever met with my company in the past
Things that disqualify an appointment.
Not finding the appointment. ( You must verify the address)
The person I am supposed to meet with is not there or not willing to talk to me.
They are currently a client with me.
