What the position offers:
- The freedom to create your own work schedule
- All leads provided will have already been prospected to ensure a perfect fit for our program, and will include a name(s), phone number(s), and email address(es)
- The opportunity to become our National Sales Manager within your first month, which will allow you to build your own team and grow your salary significantly.
What the position requires:
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude
- A transparent working relationship
- Amazing organizational skills
- Great prospecting skills
- Amazing phone sales and closing skills
- Sales email experience
- The ability to successfully reach targets week after week
- Sales management experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
The payment structure:
- Uncapped, commission-only structure paying $200 to $250 per sale in any given week.
1 sale in a given week = $200/sale ($200 in total earnings)
2 sales in a given week = $225/sale ($450 in total earnings)
3+ sales in a given week = $250/sale ($750+ in total earnings)
Strong sales professionals should expect to generate no less than 3 sales per week, and should expect to earn at least $1000+ per week.
*Hourly wage will be offered if proven capable of taking on the National Sales Manager position.
