Sales Pro for outbound calls (% of sale)

We are forming an external team of sales pros to help us work with new and existing leads. We are looking for someone who have an experience in selling B2B SaaS products. Main responsibilities are: 1. Find new high quality leads 2. Outbound calls to a new and existing leads 3. Enter new leads and update data in CRM 4. Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
We offer 50% (100-400 USD) from every sale. Sale is considered closed when customer credit card is charged (normally we have 30 day free trial, but white label customers are charged right away).
