Hello,
We have been in business since 2007 selling online Yellow Page style
directory listings to Americans. We are looking for a responsible and
professional call center where we can start with an agent and prove the
quality and method of agents abroad. The script itself is very short and
the goal of the one minute conversation is to get the customer on a
short verification recording authorizing the purchase. A complete is
about 3 minutes usually.
Americans generally dont take to accents very well so we require an
agent that is English speaking with good comprehension so the customer can understand and also so the agent can rebuttal if necessary. Outbound campaign experience will be very helpful in this program.
GOOD INTERNET AND RELIABILITY IS A MUST! We have had too many agents
with internet problems or just not showing up. This behavior will result
in contract termination and a negative review.
