We are a B2B web-based service in a niche legal services space, filling a need gap that has not been addressed before. We have a fully-functional product that has been live for about 6 months and a few existing customers. We have a straightforward subscription model and a transparent pricing model. We wish to hire a motivated and disciplined sales associate to work towards the ultimate goal of driving revenue growth.
You will be provided with a list of qualified sales leads and some contact material templates, and you are required to contact everyone in the list
via email (occasional voice calls may be required) and track their responses. You also need to schedule and manage follow-up contacts if the prospect does not reply. However, if a prospect replies, your job is to forward the contact to our CMO, who will take over to close the sale. You may be asked to listen in on the sales call to learn how to close. After sufficient training, you may be asked to participate in closing sales as well (for which you will receive a commission on success).
You are also required to track and document your outbound contact activity to account for your time. You will be required to send weekly activity reports to the CMO.
This is an on-going project with growth prospects for candidates who produce consistently good results. However, we'd like to start with a shorter duration to evaluate the candidate first.
