Auto Insurance Lead Generation Campaign

I am searching for a company/team to provide auto insurance leads by telemarketing. The team will call homeowners all over USA regarding auto insurance. This is an ongoing campaign for almost a year. Everything you need will be provided: dialer, VOip, leads and training. We will pay hourly + commission. We can start asap after the system check and few hours training. Please include your skype id in your application. Also, please note I only want a company based in the Philippines.
