Lead Follow-up Coordinator

We're a growing lead generation company specializing in generating home buyer and seller leads for Realtor teams here in Canada.

At the end of 2013 we discovered a number of our clients were struggling with ensuring their Realtors were contacting the leads we were sending them.

So we're looking to take the follow up out of their hands and find 1 or more outbounders who can do it for them.

We will provide you with a follow up plan, your job will be to call each lead multiple times over a 10 day period, until you make contact with them.

Now we're not asking you to sell the lead anything, your job is solely to have a conversation with the lead.

Find out whats changed in their life that they are thinking of moving
What kind of house they would like to move into
When are they thinking of moving (now or far in the future)

Essentcially you will be scoring the leads, and then passing them along to a realtor when they close to making a decision.

The ideal candidate for this position will have an excellent grasp of the English language.

They must be very organized in order to keep notes and schedules for contacting the leads

They will be a great conversationalist, able to make people feel comfortable and also a good listener. The lead should always be talking more then you are.

Lastly they will have only the slightest of accents. Please don't take this the wrong way but your voice should sound like someone who moved to North America as a child or teenager.

So some accent is fine, but the closer to a North American accent the better.

Our initial interview process will involve submitting a recording of your voice, as well as verifying your internet connection speed.

Final interview to be conducted via Skype

Final salary offered will be dependent on skillset and experience.

Training will be provided.
