• Check on any updates for candidates

• Browse site each day to get feedback from the Lead Consultant to see what bounties we can become engaged on
o Send the script to the client that we would like to become engaged in
o State thinking what candidates we can find so that when the client accepts our engagement we can have candidates ready from them
? Look for quality candidates paying close attention to the job requirements
o Save job description and put the job description in google docs in a folder labeled for the name of the job that we are working on
o Place your candidate resumes in the folder labeled for the name of the job that we are working on
? Connect with your candidates on LinkedIn and other social professional networks
• We should connect with 5-10 candidates per day
o Keep your candidates engaged by sending emails and working to make sure that they get interviewed or rejected
• Improve the statistics for the job site to 70% hires
• Learn how to get better on the job site by asking questions
