We are searching for a very organized individual that is fast, has clear English and can talk their way into a company to reach the right person to scout candidates.
The position requires:
Contact with the leader of this assignment via Skype but yet can work independently
Use of a soft phone
quiet environment, no crying children in the background
Top notch use of the company LinkedIn account so you must be very familiar with the use
Use of email
Ability to track your tasks with a spreadsheet and know how to set up and manage a spreadsheet
50 calls per shift is the minimum
Performance will be based on if you can talk the candidate in to apply, to connect and/or to send their resume.
Hours: 9-5 this upcoming March 24th through the 28th. Training this weekend no schedule changes you must start Monday and work the whole week without interruptions.
