Our client will require that our outbound agents call prospects in the evenings (after hours) and leave a message that is personalized to each prospect. Directly talking to the prospect will not be necessary. The purpose of the call is to create a call back from the prospect.
All prospects are in the US and are small financial firms. Professional sounding voice and demeanor are critical to success.
Agents must be able to call from 4:00am - 6:00am and from 10:00pm-12:00pm
