We're looking for a Customer Service Agent.
Your responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone in an efficient and effective manner.
- Evaluate, trouble-shoot and follow-up on customer issues
- Be able to take calls between 7am and 7pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
- Liase with our Customer Care Manager for changes in scheduling and advanced issues.
Your qualifications:
- A complete Outbounders profile
- References or an established reputation on Outbounders preferred
The role will see us divert our VoIP number to answer point of your choosing. This may be a mobile answer point, and we are happy for you to be able to accept calls whilst out and about, note them down and then call back the client later. We will pay on a per call basis (so hourly rate = 1 call) (so make sure that when you tender your rate is for the price to handle 1 call). Typically you may only receive between 1 and 3 calls a day.
This is for a law care business. The reasons our customers might call would include:
- finding out where/when their lawn service will be completed.
- to make a lawn care booking
- to file a compliment or complaint about work performed.
You will be provided with a manual on how to handle each situation prior to commencing work with us.
