Appointment Setting/Follow Up

I am a mortgage banker in AZ, USA. I am looking for someone that can call between 9 - 11AM my time. (hours may grow as we grow). I have specific campaigns and goals for each day of the week. Monday is following up with agents and asking if they have business from the weekend. Tuesday is following up with consumers. Wednesday is following up with agents, etc...

I use a CRM for appointments with access to my calendar. This is used for specific calls, scheduling and confirming appointments. I also use a system called PhoneBurner to call certain campaigns. Both systems are easy to use. I have all scripts and plans put together.

Must be able to speak clearly and confidently. Must have an outgoing personality and not be afraid to make small talk. Being able to think quickly on your feet is a plus.
