ABOUT THE POSITION/SKILLS NEEDED:

Sales
• Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
• Ability to get past gatekeepers, overcome objections, identify needs and decision makers
• Excellent call handling skills and telephone manner
• Lead Generation
• Acquisition of new clients
• Relationship building

VA
• Handle Social Media marketing tasks
• Create sales emails & send them to prospects
• Do online research

General
• Training provided
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week
• Must be willing to work United States Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
• Must have a headset

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• We pay bonuses for every sale
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal days which can be used as a sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
