You will be cold calling from a dialer to mostly elderly people who are turning 65 and offering them an alternative to their insurance plan. You are going to be reading from a script, but need you to be creative and make all the changes necessary so that you can get them interested. You will be then making an appointment and setting them up on a calendar system software that we will provide training for. I will pay you $150 per week plus bonuses if you are able to make 3 appts a day which is 15 appts a week. If you do not meet your minimum then I will pay you $10 per appt. If you are able to meet your minimum for at least 4 weeks, I will pay you $200 per week plus bonuses or $15 per Appt if you reach below the minimum.

Speak Good English with little or no accent. Spanish is also preferred, but not required.
Provide an .mp3 recording of your voice. No more than a minute please.
Must be able to work USA Central Time Zone regular Mon - Fri 9AM to 5AM
Must meet with minimum set daily goals.
High Speed Internet, reliable windows computer, headset with microphone, Skype.
