Telesales Marketer

We are looking for someone to cold call our potential clients (schools, school administrators, proprietors, owners, head teachers/mistresses) to sale our school-to-parent communication system. We currently have a reasonable number of clients to cold call. We would expect the person to call potential clients, describe and demonstrate to them our system to generate sales.
If client wants to sign up for our system their complete details will be taken and this will be assigned to the local sales manager.
The ideal candidate will be able to prospect by researching into private schools in Nigeria, cold call to them, demonstrate our products and services via webex, skype, etc, and set appointment for the local sales manager and essentially closing sales.
Ideal candidate would have their own tools and resources to get the job done properly, dialler software, tracking, CRM, etc.
A native English speaker (US or UK accents only).
- Have a stable phone connection.
- Keep a spreadsheet with a basic description of the call as well as any useful details.
We need someone who is used to being OVERLY kind, polite and respectful as our clients are Nigerians (traditional Africans who love to be respected and held in high esteem) and they do not respond well to abrupt, short tones. Affirmative tone can come across to them as rude, hence you will need to be diplomatic and listen attentively and respond specifically and not come across as just reading a script in answering a question.
Complete sales cycle: prospecting, identifying decision makers, making sales pitch and closing the deal
