Consumer Sales and Business Sales - Yoga and wellbeing company

We are looking for an outbounder to work UK hours 1pm-8pm. So this could suit someone abroad. Ideally a full time role but happy for you to be flexible what days you work. So 4 days during the week and a Saturday as well or Monday to Friday.

We need them to do:

- Outbound customer service calls
- Eventually Inbound calls when we are happy they understand the booking system
-cross selling/ upselling
- Take bookings and process booking online (we will train them how to do this)
- Deal with initial client enquiries, handles challenges etc
- Outbound sales calls for packages, sell retreat spaces, setting up appointments for Leo and Mandy and help to set up corporate yoga classes for our yoga classes etc
- Manage bookings for the freelancers we have on our books
- Do admin duties, research, blogging, social network management
- Be interested in wellbeing preferably in yoga and travel (not essential but an interest in wellbeing, personal development)
- Learn the service we sell, cross sell and upsell
- Deal with ad hoc PA duties set by Mandy and Leo (founders)
- Ideally experience of public relations too writing releases, dealing with journalists to set up features for interviews for Mandy and me to do
- Managing our social calendar, events attendance etc

We need them to be:

- passionate
- excellent communicator
- creative and worldly
- quick at dealing with things
-100% fluent in spoken and written English
- With an international accent, either US or British so it sounds like they live in that country. We deal with an upmarket clients and so we want them to feel that the person dealing with the calls is in this country or from the US.
- Microsoft office trained, design training(nor essential)
- Likeable, warm, friendly, confident, telephone manner
- Practice complete confidentiality as we have high profile clients

Benefits- we are a new start up so this service we do not have a big budget as such yet but as we become more successful we will grow this position and can review the hourly rate ongoingly. Presumably they will work from home or a call centre.

If they do well especially in sales, and hit our set targets, we will pay to fly them out to join and help us with our yoga retreats abroad in stunning locations : )
