We are a new bagel company looking to do weekly bagel delivery to offices. We deliver bagels and cream cheese to offices with 125 or more employees every Thursday. There are 2 methods of payment. 1) The office can pay us directly monthly or 2) we can deliver the bagels with a payment jar and each employee will pay for what they eat.
We have been told after getting past the gatekeeper it is an extremely easy sale. Their employees will love and appreciate the service the employer is providing them. And the company doesnt have to pay for it if they dont want to.
We can not get past the gatekeeper. We have visited many(probably over 100) local businesses and we get blocked by the receptionist or security.
We are looking for someone that knows what they are doing and can get past these gatekeepers and talk with the HR reps or decision makers. Like I wrote above I have been told by other bagel stores that are doing this same program that once getting past the gatekeeper these sales are extremely easy.
Requirements:
-sales experience
-cold calling / appointment setting experience
-a system to manage a sales pipeline and the experience to do so (must provide us with proof and give us weekly reports and updates on the pipeline)
Compensation:
$2.00 plus commission per sale. Commissions will be $0.40 per employee. If you sign on a company with 125 employees commission is $50(125*$0.40=$50). If you sign on a company with 400 employees your commission is $160. We dont service companies with over 400 employees on the "honor system" or the "pay for what you eat program" because of theft.
-If you would prefer hourly plus commission we can work something out after you make a few sales and show us you can get past the gatekeeper and can continue to do so.
WE ARE DOING SALES FOR OTHER SERVICES LIKE THIS THAT DONT REQUIRE GETTING PAST A GATEKEEPER AND WE ARE MAKING 5 SALES PER HOUR. IF YOU CAN GET PAST THE GATE KEEPER WE ARE CONFIDENT YOU CAN DO THE SAME
