Phase 1
We are in the event industry and frequently send out samples to clients to evaluate our services. Prior to sending out the samples, we need you to call each client to confirm their mailing address as well as confirm that the individual we show in our database is the correct person. While confirming the persons name and address, we want you to also confirm their email address, and direct telephone or cell phone number. You will update this information into a spreadsheet for us to import to our system.
Phase 2
After we mail out the samples, we need you to make call backs to confirm they received the samples, answer any additional questions, and extend a new promotion
Phase 3
For individuals who are interested in sales, we have a direct sales campaign that you can call new and existing clients to familiarize them with our services and extend some great incentives and promotions.
