We LOVE Anne! She is great. She is a quick learner and picked up on new skills fast. She takes direction very well. Unfortunately, we had to end her contract because our clients were having issues hearing her on the phones. We will definitely consider her for other positions with our firm in the future and would hire her again.

I really don't want to say anything. She's young and would not want to affect her career negatively.. But this is not the way to deal with any client.

This job is too simple and the pay is way too low for this agent. I would love to have her if I had a job requiring a skilled worker.

Has difficulty following instructions. Did not want to work the hours I set. I scheduled her for am morning slot and she wanted to work that evening. Her response was that she wanted to find the best time to call. I determine that - not the agent. Then she asked if she could call next week so she could study the sales scripts. I emailed the sales script to her on the 21st of Nov. She had over a week to read over them. Finally, I was trying to do a test run with several agents. She was supposed to work one day and other agents the next few days so that I could find the right fit. Instead she works an additional day on her own.

she didnt tell me that the contract is only for a day. I am not going to ruin my profile for dollar. I have the credibility that I value very much and this client is really unfair by leaving me this feedback. I will never destroy my years of service by just a day. I will never recommend her to anyone.

i inform the client that i can start the next day to finish the undo task first to avoid conflict of schedule,, i never had any single hours logged to this client,,so the feedback is really unbelievable..

Anne is such a great contributor to anyone's campaign - responsible - dependable - very talented. Our campaign is postponed due to data issues and I will rehire her!
