I have almost 13 years of telemarketing experience (both inbound and outbound), started working in one of the leading outbound companies in the Philippines for 3 years. Assigned to Merchant department at first. I also worked with IT department handling VOIP, managed services and phone system/computer services. After a year, I was promoted and became an Inside Sales Account Executive handling almost all of the accounts.

    She said she committed, work for week, then didnt turn for second week, first problem with internet, second, with her laptop have problem, now she email about health problem with her husband ?

    I was very shock to read Kym's comments about my work for her. For the last 11 years that I worked with different clients abroad, she is the only one who could not accept that I can not work for her anymore because of my situation. I honestly told her what is going on with my personal situation and I told her to find another agent since I can not focus in her campaign, she gives me this kind of comment instead.

    I just hope that she also learn how to be considerate and accept facts.

    Cant rate her high enough! Very trainable and coachable and a fast learner!!! the only reason she isnt still working for me is ive changed businesses and no longer use the phones in the same way!

    Raucel was truly a pleasure to work with! She was very dedicated to the job and spent a lot of time learning the script and asking good questions to enable her to be more effective on the phones. Saw continuous improvement with her understanding the product and her ability to comfortably speak with prospects and answer their questions.

    Contract was ended due to the end of our calling campaign but look forward to rehiring her in the future for our next campaign.

    Rebecca was wonderful for the first 30 days of the contract (June), making a good number of phone calls and appointments. I highly recommend if you hire Rebecca you manage her closely so she is effective. She does have great phone abilities!!! But you need to be an active manager otherwise she will will loose her productivity. I do not have time to be an active manager, and always trust the people I put in place to get the job done within given instructions. In first two weeks in July, she dropped her productivity by 50% from averaging 80 calls a day to 40 calls per day (Talk time was still the same). The last two weeks she went from 40 calls per day to 20 calls per day. Rebecca was also late many times, did not show up for schedule (this is something we discussed more than once). There was more than one occasion she did not make calls when she was contracted to do so. If you hire Rebecca it will be important you manage her tightly and then she will be very effective. I did not have the time to micromanage her so I dropped the contract. Even though I had bad experience, she has potential but you need to be active manager to work with her.

    Steven was a good client and I am really sad that he had ended the contract. He didn't say any feedbacks or whatsoever so it was a shock to me that he has a problem with my calls. I did try my best.

    Raucel has a terrific phone voice and sounds very American, which is what I needed. She's careful to follow instructions and typically got done what I needed.

    Unfortunately, there were times she would not show up or work full days. I understood she was working two campaigns and would sometimes fall asleep during mine (she admitted falling asleep and was honest about it). Being a single mom I think she's trying to do too much so I don't fault her - I just needed her to put in the time. When she DID put in the time, she did great.

    Andy, was a terrific client and was very patient with me during times I was still working with him. And it has sadden me to end contract with him but I understand. I have learned a lot from him and I will apply what I've learned in my future job as well.

    She sounds very professional and responded to me in a timely manner whenever needed. I am only ending the contract due to a change in how we want to do our dialing but I would her her again in a heartbeat and likely will as soon as we get everything going on our end.
