Michael is one of the best agents available on outbounders. Unlike most of the agents that I have hired, Michael's extensive experience shows and yet he always follows directions in a very respectful manner. The campaign ran its course, but I will definitely be seeing if Michael is available in the future when we start making calls again.

After going through many quality candidates I ended up selecting to work with Michael, and I was very glad I did!

He was punctual, polite and was happy to discuss his work and take onboard feedback and pointers made, so the longer he worked the better the quality of calls.
