Marlon always showed up to work on time and ready to go. Great voice on the phone and detailed notes. Had to end the campaign early but if I ever start another one up, Marlon will be on my shortlist.

Wasn't happy with his performance, never contact me when he had issue with his computer on his second day until I texted him in the afternoon. The following day he didn't contact me until 1130 when he had a 9am start.
