Kathy has excellent communication skills. She's very prompt and was always happy to discuss a call that had with any of our leads. I would hire her again.

Kathy was very nice, production was a bit lower than i hoped. English is awesome. She couldn't handle the stress supposedly.

Very rude boss, keeps on insulting us for being Filipino that have accent. And doesn't understand that weather affects internet here in the country. The first time after 11 years of working with clients directly that i encounter an employer like him.
