he ended my contract rightaway,i wasnt able to start on time..it was my fault but there should be a conversation before it ends.

at first its actually ok but then the contract ended and changed it into on results..its kinda difficult because theres no leads,i am the one who searched numbers to call and its not an hourly rate.
