she quit suddenly the first time with no warning or worry about covering her shift after fighting with a manager on the team.
then i let her back for second chance she came in for a few shifts asked me for her bonus which i gave hoping she will stick around, however i never heard from her again.
not reliable agent.

We had to terminate the agent's contract early. Agent did not follow instructions. Spent 3+ minutes listening to voicemail after we repeatedly told her not to. After listening to the calls, we found that agent also spent hours with her microphone on mute, while the dialer was still going. She didn't work the full hours that she was given. We're very unsatisfied with this outbounder.

for 3hrs shift only, he wants results right away, and leads was so bad anyway. never kept his promise to finish the whole week how can you prove to him..he demand to much.. even made the script because his unprepared. i never applied to him in the first place, he just offer me a job and no wonder he hire agents because he cant do it by himself and he knew his leads were bad and put u into pressure because he wants money in return right away for the 3hrs ($24.00) shift oh my... no wonder i pleased all my client except you..you can have your money maybe you need it more than i do....chao espanyol ....good luck

It has been a pleasure working with Jollivel and we hope to work with her in the future again. She's a quick learner, has a great attitude and most important: SHE GETS CALLS AND TASKS DONE! She's super responsive, attentive and aggressive (while being nice) with the calls. I would highly recommend Jollivel and will seek her first (if someone else didn't already hire her) for our future outbound calls.

jim gave us logins for skype and crm which is not working, we tried to coordinate with him about it but he just ended our contract and give us 1 star and putting a blame on us because we dont have any phone to use for his crm. client should always provide this not us. we even had a training and he didnt pay for it.

Jollivel was one of the most reliable, successful employees that we ever had in our call center. She is self motivated & a great leader. She has great vision and needs little direction. I would recommend her to any company! She is also very pleasent and takes direction well when needed. Unfortuantely our campaign had to come to an end due to lack of leads but when our leads pick up we will no doubt hire her again! Thanks Jollivel!

it was a big mistake taking this job again,,, scam, use illegal documents,make fake website. let you do stuff to fool other people for his own benefits. no word of honor. i was working with him since 2013 and left him again because i cant take it anymore.i was a good agent to him and always obey and also meeting my goals. good thing i left..agents i interviewed you know who you are you could testify that im saying the truth
