Having more than 6 years of experience working in a call center makes me a perfect fit for the job. i was also a sales and customer service supervisor for almost 2 yrs and went to several leadership classes. i was also a telemarketer/VA and attended Webinar sessions conducted by David Sprague and his team. i am self motivated and i always compete to be on the number 1 spot. i am confident that i can contribute a lot to the success of your business.

This maybe very generic but i am very friendly and get along easily with the people around me. i love to cook, play basketball and play computer games. i also love to travel to different places. regarding work experience i started as a customer service representative in 2008 and was a tech representative in 2011 and got promoted after 8 months into a supervisor and i was also a sales supervisor in 2014.

Great asset to the team! We worked with him for over a year he produced leads through cold calling. His phone approach is very unintimidating allowing people to let their guard down. We also had him responding to 1000's of text messages a day. He is a quick learner and a great team member. I highly suggest working with him!

Hans was very open to feedback and listened to guidance. He was professional and courteous and was a pleasure to manage. Unfortunately, the sole role of the position I hired him for was to generate leads through outbound calling. Although he made the phone calls, he was not able to speak to many decision makers and thus was not able to generate many leads. To be fair, none of the other outbounders I hired were able to do this either.

Dan is the best client an agent can ever dream of, he is always there to support the team. and he is doing everything that he can to get all the information that we need to be successful he always try to find ways to make our job easier. i would like to apologize to Dan and the team for not being able to produce much because i was going through a lot of things during the time that i was working with them and i didn't have enough knowledge about the product and the market (which is a not his fault) and wasn't focused enough, i know that i could have done better. i would definitely love to work for him again in the future when i am better and have more experience in this field. i wish Dan and Keep the Faith more success in the future. Hans is an excellent person and employee. I supervised Hans for more than a year. He is able to adapt to new circumstances and willing to try new approaches. He speaks well. He thinks on his feet and is able to communicate intelligently. He is friendly and an all around great employee. I highly recommend Hans and hope to work with him again in the future.
