I am an expert both for Inbound and Outbound workstream. I am well-versed in cold callings for appointment settling and telemarketing jobs for Real Estate, Mortgage, B2B calling, SEO, Insurance, Collections and more. I was a Collection Specialist from Capital One UK Bank and became a Customer Service Representative from T-Mobile and DirecTV. I also have attended Craig Proctor and James McDonald's Real Estate training.

Highly not recommended! He gave me a star just because his dialer is incomplete. He has a CRM but doesnt have a phone. So his CRM will not work. He wants me to buy my own phone. But told him that he should be the one to provide that. Then he purchased a skype but gave a wrong log in details. And he wanted me to figure out why it isn't working. Wow. He let me wait for how many hours on my 1st day. And Blamed me just because his Skype Isn't working. And cant provide me a complete dialer. He ended the contract just because we cannot log in. Very unprofessional and NOT recommended.

Genelyn was one of the most reliable, successful employees that we ever had in our call center. She is self motivated & a great leader. She has great vision and needs little direction. I would recommend her to any company! She is also very pleasent and takes direction well when needed. Unfortuantely our campaign had to come to an end due to lack of leads but when our leads pick up we will no doubt hire her again! Thanks Genelyn!
