My name is Eula.I am the best fit for the role, with my over 10 years of experience in this industry, I have learned how to manage people and get results! I am very independent and resourceful. I wanted to become a part of a dynamic organization that values skills and efforts, as well as accomplishments and contributions of its people; one that recognizes the importance of sustained professional growth and development, and creates the platform for the realization of such.

I have been in this industry for over 10 years. I started out as an agent and moved my way up and became a Quality Assurance Supervisor, then I was hired by JPMorganChaseBank as a Senior AutoFinanceAdvisor, then moved to ANZ Australian New Zealand Bank as a Senior Business Collections Analyst, I worked abroad fro Groupon UAE as Team manager for Escalations. Now I have decided to stay home, I wanted to experience working in the comfort of my own home while I am able to provide for my family.

Lynn was very professional and prompt in responding to my requests and messages. I would have liked a little better follow up on some of the leads,and record keeping of the leads I needed to follow up on,but overall satisfied.

Lynn was available and ready to work. I am shifting my lead gathering focus to different sources. If I need a caller again I would hire her without question.

The client left overseas and the OB account was depleted for couple of days. Tried reaching out to him but he was out of reach. I finished his smartsheet, dialed and called his leads using his own VOIP. But claiming that no calls were made. I have no means or way of checking whether it records or not, never the less I still dialed. BTW this was just a 2 hr camp that he even wanted me to split the timings which was very inconvenient . The sheet will not be completed if no calls were made. I have made follow ups on your leads. But anyhow I still wish you the best. God bless.
